After a while you learn
The subtle difference between

I went to the OB last Tuesday (March 24) for my first checkup and the baby's first ultrasound. Take a look!

S/He's about 9.3 mm long and has a heartbeat rate of about 133 beats per minute.

Expected Delivery Date is on November 10, 2009!!
